Dye Sublimation
At Pikes Peak Lithographing, we have capabilities to print images that can be applied to fabrics, PBT, and an array of other substrates.
What is dye sublimation?
1. An Image is printed, inverted, on uncoated stock.
2. Sheet is pressed to substrate using heat and pressure. 3. Molecules open; accept the dyes and transferring occurs
4. Dye cools, dries and sets.
5. Voila! You have a beautiful final product!
